How does that work with the vouchers?
- Order a voucher
- you receive voucher and invoice by post or e-mail
- after crediting the voucher is valid
- give voucher away or redeem it
- the recipient can choose the location and book the flight
How long will the delivery take?
Orders until 4 pm are processed at the same day. Delivery by post mail approximately 2-4 working days, via email (on working days) on the same day.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or credit card (online)
Do I have to set a date or location, when I purchasing a voucher?
No, this can be selected when redeeming. It is always possible to select a different or longer flight time.
The voucher may be exchanged?
Yes, the value of the voucher can get credited to other offers.
Can I choose the helicopter itself?
According to organizers you flying with a Eurocopter EC 120, Bell 407, Eurocopter AS 350, Bell 206 Jet Ranger, Robinson R44 or also other models.
Is the agreed date certain?
Whether the date can get maintained is depending on the weather. Please note that there may be changes in the redeem Airports or may lead to shifts of appointments.
What happens by bad weather?
The weather conditions must comply with the visual flight conditions. In thunderstorms, heavy rain or storm, the flight gets delayed or canceled
Are we alone in the helicopter?
During an exclusive flight, yes. Sightseeing flights are assembled into groups.
Do I have to find some more passenger to put a group together?
No, the groups shall be made by the organizers.
What locations can I choose?
You can choose from all locations, where your flight type is specified to.
In the case of a booked and confirmed flight, the following cancellation periods apply:
30%: Up to 14 days before departure
50%: Up to 10 days before departure
100%: Within 5 days before departure, in case of no show (No Show)
From the invoice amount. (Appointment booking = contact data transmission)
If the flight is canceled from us and you can't make the flight on another day, we will refund the amount minus a processing fee of Euro 20.-.
Mon-Fri: 8–12 a.m. and 1–5 p.m.
